"Ryan Luriea helped me switch my Oklahoma policy to a Florida one after moving for a job. Unfortunately he didn’t sell me enough coverage and then when I tried to change it he couldn’t tell me what the cost difference would be so ten days of waiting I cancelled the plan. I haven’t received a cancellation of coverage confirmation or a refund since he had me pay for 6 months upfront. My credit card said I can send them all correspondence but what a headache this has been. I think he’s avoiding cancelling it so that I don’t get a refund on the incorrect policy he sold me in the first place and lose a commission."
